​Here at NV Inspection Services LLC we offer several options for home inspections for Investors and Renters in order to provide options for our clients.
Home & Townhome Inspection Starting at $250
We provide a visual inspection of all components of the home or townhome as well as using thermal imaging and checking temperature differences on hot and cold water, HVAC air return and air supply temperatures at air registers. For this Inspection service we charge a base fee Plus $0.05 per square foot over 1500 square feet . Other fees may be added Such as fees for age, pool inspection, casita, large lot fees, travel, etc...

Investers Room By Room Inspection with Condition report Starting at $150 after Home Inspection
For this service the investor is required to have had an inspection of the property previously by our company or for an additional fee we can provide this with our standard home inspection for investors. Room by room condition report is for rentals and we'll go into each room and provide you with any repairs needed in each room and give you information on the condition of the room such as cosmetic issues that are not standard wear and tear along with picture overviews of every room. This is not a complete home Inspection the purpose is to determine what repairs are needed upon the tenant moving out or for the purposes of providing condition of the unit before a renter moves into the home or unit.
2Hr Consultation
Starting at $185
This is a timed Service, but due to the fact that there is no overview pictures we can generally complete the entire inspection of the property in the two-hour time frame. We recommend that you are at the inspection so that if you are not happy with the inspection, we can correct any issues. In order to offer you this lower price for complete inspection we do not take any proof of inspection pictures therefore our inspection agreement is stricter and states any grievances with the inspection must be noted at the time of inspection.

Condo Inspection
Strating at $220
We provide a visual inspection of all components of the home or condo as well as using thermal imaging and checking temperature differences on hot and cold water, HVAC air return and air supply temperatures at air registers. For this Inspection service we charge a base fee Plus $0.05 per square foot over 1500 square feet. Other fees may be added such as fees for age, travel, etc... Normally for condos things like garages, roofs, common areas, etc... are not inspected, but here at NV Inspection Services LLC we will still inspect anything that may affect your unit adversely.
Renters Room by Room Inspection with Condition Report Strating at $150
As a renter you are at the mercy of the property owner. You only get a standard check off sheet to express any concerns with the property needing possible repair. Now you are no longer at the mercy of the property owner. Renters room by room inspection with condition report you will have the proof of the condition of the home or unit before you move in or when you move out. There for no more statements given to you by the homeowner demanding additional money beyond your deposit or refusing to give you back your deposit because you'll have the proof that is needed. We will go room by room and determine if any repairs are needed and give the overall condition of each room in an easy-to-read report with pictures of every room.

Starting at $135
This is a timed Service that can generally be used for a complete condo inspection without overview pictures or component inspection not to be used for an entire home, but due to the fact that there is no overview pictures we can generally complete the entire condo inspection of the property in the one-hour time frame. We recommend that you are at the inspection so that if you are not happy with the inspection, we can correct any issues. In order to offer you this lower price for complete inspection we do not take any proof of inspection pictures therefore our inspection agreement is stricter and states any grievances with the inspection must be noted at the time of inspection.
