Hi my name is Brain Schweitzer. I have been proudly inspecting homes since 2012. I pride myself in being the most honest inspector in Nevada with the highest integrity in the industry. I provide excellent service to all of my clients, and I also truly listen to each of my client's concerns. On most complete inspections I include a 100 day third party home warranty, which has a minimum Guarantee of coverage for thirty days after closing. I have price points for my services to ensure that we can still help your clients that are more financially challenged. I am also a member of the Las Vegas Realtor Association and INTERNACHI which gives me the highest continuing education in the industry! I am also an approved HUD consultant.
